In a team of six colleagues, you will speak to end users professionally by telephone and in the workplace and ensure fast, correct registration and handling of incidents, questions and requests. The system environment is large, complex and diverse. You provide support to users at fixed workplaces and a large proportion of employees work with modern mobile devices. Virtualization is of great importance. Applications run partly in-house and partly in the cloud. Thanks to your knowledge, you are able to solve at least 80% of the incidents yourself and, where necessary, you consult the knowledge base and any other available knowledge sources. If you see room to improve things, you are more than welcome to report this. You are expected to be actively involved in improving processes.

What do you bring?
- Relevant training at least MBO level 4, towards ICT;
- Knowledge of and experience with frequently requested operating systems (W10) and Server 2019, including DNS and AD;
- Good knowledge of Office 365;
- Knowledge of network infrastructures;
- Experience with working independently and structured;
- You have a flexible attitude and complete your work even if it sometimes gets a little later or you have to start a little earlier;
- You continue to keep a cool head and function effectively under high work pressure;
- You know how to express yourself clearly, both orally and in writing;
- Due to work at other locations, driving license B is a must;
